Survived By: Daughter Renae (Jack) Goschke, , a daughter-in-law Kathy (Mike) Risinger, Two grandchildren; Matthew (Jennifer) Goschke, Bryan (Shannon) Goschke, Five great grandchildren; Aaron and Andrew Goschke, Grace, Emma and Ava Goschke, One sister Virginia Bulmer of California, nieces, nephews, and many other loving family members and friends. She was predeceased by her son Terry, and her brothers Merle, Claude and Elwood Schnieder.

Our dear mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend went to her heavenly home December 6, 2011 to enjoy the Glory of her eternal home with her Lord who held out His hand and said "Come with Me".    The adopted daughter of the late Otto and Johanna Ruff was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Bridgeport.  Ruth enjoyed shopping, gardening and most of all spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She owned her own Beauty Shop, and later worked at Saginaw Steering Gear, retiring after 31 years.

Surviving are her daughter Renae (Jack) Goschke, Two grandsons Matthew (Jennifer) Goschke, Bryan (Shannon) Goschke, Five great grandchildren; Aaron and Andrew Goschke, Gracie, Emma and Ava Goschke, One sister Virginia Bulmer of California, nieces, nephews, and many other loving family members and friends. 

Ruth was preceded in death by her son Terry Schisler, her brothers; Merle, Claude and Elwood Schisler.

A special Thank You to the staff at Bickford Cottage and Southern Care Hospice for the wonderful care that they provided. 

Funeral service will take place 11AM Monday, December 12, 2011 at the Reitz Herzberg Funeral Home, 1550 S. Midland Rd (S-M47).  Chaplain Donald Bennett will officiate.  Entombment will follow at Oakwood Mausoleum.   Friends and family are welcome to gather at the funeral home on Sunday December 11, 2011 from 1PM to 8PM.   Memorial offerings are suggested to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Bickford Cottage, or Southern Care Hospice.
